Very Berry Green Smoothie

Kefir is rich in probiotics which supports gut health, improves digestion and protects the immune system. Try Kefir in your morning smoothie!

  • 1 cup plain low-fat Kefir
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 cup ice

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. If it gets too thick, add a Tbsp of water.
