Meg Burnham, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN has been a dietitian with Centegra Health System (CHS) since 2006. She is a registered dietitian (RD) and licensed in the state of Illinois (LDN). Meg works throughout CHS including Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center, Centegra Physicians Care, and the Del Webb Wellness Center. She has helped several hundred people throughout our community improve their eating habits and lead healthier lives. Meg specializes in weight management and sports nutrition for teens through older adults. She has earned her Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management and is Board Certified as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Meg completed both her Bachelor and Master Degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics at Northern Illinois University. She is published in two medical journals and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionist practice group; and the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitian Association. In her spare time, Meg enjoys experimenting with new recipes and staying active outdoors through gardening, canoeing, hiking, jogging, and cycling.

Meg promotes guilt-free mindful eating that is both nutritious and enjoyable and believes that making nutrition changes is a gradual process. She considers her role with each client to be as much a teammate as she is an educator.
