Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats

1 cup rolled oats
1 3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup honey
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp each wheat germ & flaxseeds
2 Tbsp wheat bran
2 tsp chia seeds
3 Tbsp each sunflower & pumpkin seeds
1/4 tsp each cinnamon & orange zest
1/4 cup each raisins and slivered almonds
1 cup 1/2″ diced apples

  1. Heat milk and honey over medium heat until just below a simmer. Pour over oats and refrigerate until cold or overnight.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients into oat mixture and combine well.
  3. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.

Nutrition information per 1/2 cup servings (9 servings total): 190 calories, 6 grams fat (.5 grams saturated fat), 28 grams carbohydrates, 8 grams protein, 37 mg sodium, 4 g fiber.
