1 cup rolled oats
1 3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup honey
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp each wheat germ & flaxseeds
2 Tbsp wheat bran
2 tsp chia seeds
3 Tbsp each sunflower & pumpkin seeds
1/4 tsp each cinnamon & orange zest
1/4 cup each raisins and slivered almonds
1 cup 1/2″ diced apples
- Heat milk and honey over medium heat until just below a simmer. Pour over oats and refrigerate until cold or overnight.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients into oat mixture and combine well.
- Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
