Golden Milk

2 cups milk of choice
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp ginger
Pinch pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium on stovetop until desired temperature (do not boil).
