Whether you’re training for your first 5K or completing your yearly marathon or triathlon training, this presentation will explain the importance of nutrition for endurance sports. Nutrition quantity, quality and timing will be reviewed to help you recover more efficiently. Hydration requirements and tips also will be covered. Achieve the time you’ve always wanted by learning from a Certified Sports Dietitian who’s worked with athletes of all levels.
