Cranberry Salsa

1 bag cranberries
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch cilantro
1 medium jalapeno
1/2 cup sugar
2 limes, juiced
Pinch salt
8oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese

Chop cranberries, green onions, cilantro and jalapeno. Mix in sugar, lime juice and salt. When ready to serve, place cream cheese on a platter. Pour cranberry salsa on top of cheese. Serve with whole grain crackers or whole grain tortilla chips.
