Cranberry Ginger Salmon


  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried ginger
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1.5 lbs salmon


In a medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.

Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray, place salmon in pan and pour sauce over.

Bake about 15 min at 350 degrees F or until salmon flakes with a fork.
