1 6″ whole grain flour tortilla
1/3 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese (made with 2% milk)
1 small apple, cored and sliced thinly
Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese onto 1/2 of open tortilla. Please apple slices on top of cheese. Cover apple slices with remaining cheese. Fold tortilla in half to form a quesadilla. Place quesadilla on skillet over medium heat and grill, flipping once, until cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy.
