Try these butternut squash fries as an alternative to French fries, rice or pasta.
How to make butternut squash fries
Microwave butternut squash about 8 minutes
Cut the butternut squash into two even halves. Be careful, it’s hot!
Remove the seeds, then peel the squash and then cut into strips.
Drizzle with olive oil, pepper and sea salt and cook at 450 degrees for 45 minutes (turning once during cooking)
