2 cans black beans
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp steak seasoning
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
5 shakes hot sauce
- Drain and rinse black beans. Place them in a bowl and mash up, leaving just a few whole beans intact.
- Add the remaining ingredients and combine well.
- Spray or oil a fry pan and heat over medium. Form the black bean mixture into patties and cook in fry pan until browned on both sides (3-5 min per side).
Eat or freeze for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner.
