1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1-2 jalapeno peppers, minced
½ onion, minced
2-3 Tbsp cilantro, minced
1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 cup corn
Combine all ingredients gently in a bowl.
Dip with baked chips, add to salads, put on a tortilla with meat or eggs or eat by itself as a side dish.
