- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups oats (quick or old fashioned)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- In a food processor or blender, combine the first seven ingredients and process on high until batter is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased or lined muffin pan (making 12 muffins) and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Nutrition per muffin (12 servings): 130 calories, 5 g protein, 20 g carbohydrates, 120mg sodium, 3 g fat (1 g saturated), 2 g fiber.
